Limited Warranty
Policy

WorkOx is committed to delivering tough and dependable electric, three-wheel vehicles. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which WorkOx warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

 

This warranty becomes effective on the date of original delivery and applies only within the scope described below. All warranty rights and remedies are subject to applicable Arizona state law and federal regulations governing electric, three-wheel vehicles.

1. Warranty Coverage Period by Component

 

The following components are covered against manufacturer defects from the date of original delivery:

Coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal operating conditions and proper maintenance as defined in the applicable vehicle Operation & Maintenance Guide.

2. Eligibility Requirements

 

  • This Limited Warranty applies only to the original Buyer of the vehicle

  • This warranty is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to any subsequent owner

  • Vehicle(s) must be purchased directly from WorkOx or an authorized WorkOx distributor

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

Required documentation for claims:

  • Buyer’s Full Legal Name

  • Order or Invoice Number

  • VIN

  • Vehicle Model Name

  • Delivery Date

  • Clear Pictures/images (and Videos if you choose) of alleged Manufacturer Defect

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following categories of damage, defect, or deterioration:

3.1 Normal Wear and Consumable Parts

The following components are considered consumables subject to normal wear and are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Tires and inner tubes

  • Brake pads and brake shoes

  • Cables and housing

  • Light bulbs, fuses and electrical wires

  • Seats, handlebar grips, brake pedal pads, upholstery, and floor mats

  • Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or paint fading

3.2 Misuse, Abuse, or Improper Operation

  • Overloading more than the vehicle’s rated weight or cargo capacity

  • Use in racing, stunt operations, or any application outside the vehicle’s intended commercial use

  • Use as a commercial rental vehicle

  • Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or operator negligence or misuse

  • Failure to follow the instructions in the vehicle Operation & Maintenance Guide

3.3 Environmental Damage

  • Rust, corrosion, or oxidation resulting from exposure to such factors as road salt, coastal environments, corrosive chemicals and the like

  • Flood, submersion, or water intrusion damage

  • Damage from prolonged exposure to rain, standing water, or excessive moisture

  • Extreme temperature damage resulting from operation beyond the vehicle’s rated operating range

3.4 Unauthorized Vehicle Modifications

  • Any alterations to the electrical system, wiring, or components

  • Modifications, tuning, or reprogramming of motor or controller

  • Welding, cutting, or structural alterations to frame, chassis or cargo bed

  • Installing non-approved third-party components, accessories, or parts

  • Repairs or services performed by technicians not authorized by WorkOx

3.5 Improper Maintenance

  • Failure to follow charging guidelines as specified in the vehicle’s Operation & Maintenance Guide

  • Lack of routine inspection and preventive maintenance, including but not limited to those specified in the vehicle’s Operation & Maintenance Guide

  • Neglecting recommended service intervals

4. Shipping Responsibilities

If a warranty remedy is approved:

  • Authorized replacement parts will be provided at no parts cost to original Buyer

  • Buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs for defective parts, unless otherwise determined during the claim evaluation process

  • Applicable shipping terms and responsibilities will be confirmed in writing during the claim process

5. Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA, WORKOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY WORKOX VEHICLE.

 

This limitation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of business revenue or commercial opportunity

  • Loss of profits or anticipated earnings

  • Vehicle downtime or operational interruption

  • Loss of use of the vehicle

  • Transportation or rental costs incurred due to vehicle unavailability

 

The total cumulative liability of WorkOx under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the original Buyer for the vehicle giving rise to the claim.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

 

If you believe your vehicle has a manufacturing defect covered under this limited warranty, follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Contact Customer Support

Submit your warranty claim through our dedicated Warranty Claim page on our website: www.workoxtrucks.com. You may also contact us by email or discuss your warranty concerns (Please fill in the subject line as: Warranty Claim).

Step 2 – Provide Required Documentation

Through our dedicated Warranty Claim page, you will provide us with the following information in our Warranty Service Request form:

  • Buyer’s Full Legal Name

  • Order or Invoice Number

  • VIN

  • Vehicle Model Name

  • Delivery Date

  • Clear Pictures/images (and Videos if you choose) of alleged Manufacturer Defect

Step 3 – Technical Evaluation

Once we receive your Warranty Service Request form, we will review all submitted materials. We may request additional information or documentation. WorkOx reserves the right to inspect defective parts or the vehicle before approving any warranty claim.

 

Step 4 – Resolution

If the warranty claim is approved, WorkOx may, at its sole discretion:

  1. Provide replacement parts at no charge to the original Buyer; or

  2. Authorize repair at an approved service center designated by WorkOx

 

Warranty remedies are strictly limited to repair or replacement at the sole discretion of WorkOx. No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.
