Warranty Claim Process
We're sorry that you're having an issue with your WorkOx Truck, and we are dedicated to making sure that your concerns are handled to your satisfaction.
If you believe that your vehicle has a manufacturing defect covered under our WorkOx Limited Warranty, please read and follow the procedures below for filing a warranty claim. Also, don't hesitate to contact us by email or phone if you need to discuss your warranty concerns or the process for completing our warranty claim.
Step 1 – Contact Customer Support
Submit your warranty claim through the Warranty Service Request Form below.
Step 2 – Provide Required Documentation
Through our Warranty Service Request Form, you will provide us with the following Vehicle information:

Buyer’s Full Legal Name
-
Order or Invoice Number
-
VIN
-
Vehicle Model Name
-
Delivery Date
-
Clear Pictures/images (and Videos if you choose) of alleged Manufacturer Defect
Step 3 – Technical Evaluation
Once we receive your Warranty Service Request Form, we'll review all submitted materials. We also may request additional information or documentation to help sort this out. WorkOx reserves the right to inspect defective parts or the vehicle before approving any warranty claim.
Step 4 – Resolution
If your warranty claim is approved, WorkOx may, at its sole discretion:

Provide replacement parts at no charge to the original Buyer; or

Authorize repair at an approved service center designated by WorkOx
Warranty remedies are strictly limited to repair or replacement at the sole discretion of WorkOx. No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.
