Warranty Claim Process
We're sorry that you're having an issue with your WorkOx Truck, and we are dedicated to making sure that your concerns are handled to your satisfaction.
If you believe that your vehicle has a manufacturing defect covered under our WorkOx Limited Warranty, please read and follow the procedures below for filing a warranty claim. Also, don't hesitate to contact us by email or phone if you need to discuss your warranty concerns or the process for completing our warranty claim.
Step 1 – Contact Customer Support
Submit your warranty claim through the Warranty Service Request Form below.
Step 2 – Provide Required Documentation
Through our Warranty Service Request Form, you will provide us with the following Vehicle information:

Order or Invoice Number

Buyer’s Full Legal Name
-
Vehicle Model and VIN
-
Delivery Date
-
Detailed written description of manufacturer defect or issue

Pictures / images (and videos if you choose) clearly showing alleged manufacturer defect
Step 3 – Technical Evaluation
Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will review all submitted materials. We may request additional information or documentation. WorkOx reserves the right to inspect defective parts or the vehicle before approving any warranty claim.
Step 4 – Resolution
WorkOx will provide written notice of warranty claim determination within thirty (30) business days of receipt of all required documentation. If warranty claim is approved, WorkOx, at its sole discretion, will either:
1. Provide replacement parts at no charge to the original Buyer
2. Authorize repair at an approved service center designated by WorkOx.
In the event that neither repair nor replacement is reasonably available, WorkOx reserves the right to offer a partial credit toward a future WorkOx purchase as an alternative remedy at WorkOx's sole discretion.
Warranty remedies are strictly limited to repair or replacement at the sole discretion of WorkOx. No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.
